I. Campaign Period

From 19:00 on September 22, 2026 to 19:00 on October 6, 2026 (UTC+8)

II. Eligibility

• All eligible registered KuCoin users may participate in this campaign.
• Users must register on the campaign page. Eligible activity will be counted from the time of successful registration.
• New users refer to users who have never purchased any KuMining product at the time of campaign registration. User status will remain unchanged throughout the campaign after registration.
• Only the actual hashrate fees paid for KuMining purchases will count toward campaign tasks. Electricity fees are excluded.

III. How to Participate & Rewards

1. Mining Rewards

Reach the specified cumulative hashrate fee amounts during the campaign to unlock rewards at each milestone:

• Reach 100 USDT in cumulative hashrate fees to receive 2 USDT + an 80-4 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon.
• Reach 200 USDT in cumulative hashrate fees to receive an additional 3 USDT + a 160-8 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon.
• Reach 400 USDT in cumulative hashrate fees to receive an additional 5 USDT + a 300-15 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon.
• Reach 800 USDT in cumulative hashrate fees to receive an additional 10 USDT + a 500-25 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon.
• The first 3 users to reach 10,000 USDT in cumulative hashrate fees during the campaign will each receive 200 USDT. Eligibility will be determined based on the time recorded by the system when the threshold is reached.

2. Product Bonus

• Purchase any KuMining product with a single-order hashrate fee of at least 100 USDT to receive a 3 USDT Electricity Deduction Coupon.
• Purchase any KuMining product with a single-order hashrate fee of at least 200 USDT to receive an additional 8 USDT Electricity Deduction Coupon, for a total of 11 USDT in Electricity Deduction Coupons.

3. New User Rewards

Available only to users who have never purchased any KuMining product at the time of campaign registration.

• Complete your first KuMining purchase to receive a 10 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon Pack, including 50-2, 80-3, and 100-5 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupons.
• Reach 20 USDT in cumulative hashrate fees during the campaign to receive 1 USDT.

4. Anniversary Lucky Draw

Complete eligible purchase and referral tasks to earn Lucky Draw Chances. Every valid draw receives a reward.

• Daily Task: Reach 20 USDT in cumulative hashrate fees within the day to earn 1 Lucky Draw Chance. The task refreshes daily and can be completed once per day.
• Daily Referral: Invite 1 new user to complete their first KuMining purchase with a hashrate fee of at least 20 USDT to earn 1 Lucky Draw Chance. Up to 3 Lucky Draw Chances can be earned from referrals per day. The task refreshes daily.

IV. Reward Distribution & Usage

• Crypto rewards will be distributed to users' KuCoin exchange accounts after the corresponding task requirements have been completed and verified by the system.
• Hashrate Deduction Coupons and Electricity Deduction Coupons can be viewed and used under “My Coupons” or the Coupon Center in the KuCoin App after receipt.
• Only one coupon may be used per order during the campaign. Coupons cannot be combined.
• Each coupon type is available in limited quantities and will be distributed while supplies last. Please refer to the campaign page for specific claiming requirements.
• Hashrate Deduction Coupon Usage: For example, a 50-3 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon can be used on a KuMining purchase with a single-order hashrate fee of at least 50 USDT, with up to 3 USDT deducted from the hashrate fee. The coupon is valid for 7 days after receipt.
• Electricity Deduction Coupon Usage: The coupon can only be used toward the actual daily electricity fees generated by KuMining products. Up to 8% of the actual daily electricity fee can be deducted, subject to the coupon's maximum face value. The coupon is valid for 15 days after receipt.
• All physical prizes involved in this campaign will be distributed in the form of an equivalent amount of USDT. The specific calculation method for the equivalent USDT amount will be determined by the platform. Physical Prizes: See Terms & Conditions for details.

V. Additional Terms & Conditions

• Users are prohibited from obtaining campaign rewards through fraudulent registrations, bulk account creation, malicious activity, manipulation, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, or any other conduct that violates the purpose of the campaign or applicable platform terms. KuCoin reserves the right to disqualify such users and recover any rewards already distributed.
• If an order is canceled, refunded, identified as abnormal, or otherwise results in a change to the valid purchase amount, the corresponding amount will not count toward campaign tasks, and KuCoin reserves the right to cancel or recover related rewards.
• Due to market fluctuations, the actual market value of crypto rewards may vary. The actual amount distributed shall prevail.
• KuCoin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign based on actual circumstances, including but not limited to campaign rules, task requirements, reward quantities, and reward formats.
• KuCoin reserves the right of final interpretation of these campaign rules.
