Valid Invitation Rules

The invited friend must register for a KuCoin account through the inviter’s exclusive link, referral code, or QR code to be counted as a valid invitation.
The invited friend’s first KuMining order must meet the specified threshold, such as 20 USDT.
If the first order does not meet the threshold, the inviter will not be eligible for the corresponding rewards, even if later orders reach 20 USDT.

Campaign Rules

I. Campaign Period

From May 15, 2026, 19:00:00 to June 14, 2026, 19:00:00 (UTC+8)

II. Eligible Participants

This campaign is only open to registered KuCoin users.

III. How to Participate

During the campaign, eligible KuMining users must register for the campaign before they can participate and claim any rewards on the campaign page.
After registration, inviters and invited friends can receive rewards by completing the required tasks.

IV. Rewards and Distribution

Invite Friends and Earn Double Rewards — Rewards for Inviters

Referral Commission: For each successful invitation where a user purchases KuMining, the inviter will receive a commission equal to 1% of the invited user’s purchase amount. The reward will be issued as Hashrate Deduction Coupons.
Base Reward: When an invited user completes their first KuMining purchase with an order amount of 20 USDT or more, the inviter will receive a 0.5 USDT cash reward. Each inviter can receive this invitation reward up to 5 times per day.
Tiered Invitation Rewards: When the cumulative number of valid invitations reaches 3 / 5 / 10, the inviter can receive an extra 2 / 3 / 5 USDT cash reward, up to 10 USDT in total.An invitation will only be counted as valid if the invited user’s first purchase amount is 20 USDT or more. Each reward tier can only be claimed once during the campaign.

Welcome Rewards for Invited Friends

Account Opening Reward: Account Opening Reward: After opening a mining account, invited friends can receive a Hashrate Deduction Coupon Pack, including three coupons: 20-1 USDT, 50-3 USDT, and 100-5 USDT.
First Purchase Reward: Invited friends who complete their first cloud mining purchase with an order amount of 20 USDT or more can receive a 0.5 USDT cash reward.
Three eligible users will be randomly selected from all registered participants to receive one Tomorrowland Belgium 2026 Pass each. Participants with more successful invitations may have a higher chance of being selected.

V. Coupon Usage Rules

Virtual currency rewards will be distributed to users’ KuCoin exchange accounts after the corresponding tasks are completed.
After claiming, Hashrate Deduction Coupons can be viewed and used in “My Coupons” or “KuCoin App - Coupon Center.”
During the campaign period, only one coupon may be used per order, and coupons cannot be stacked.
The quantity of each coupon is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Specific claiming rules are subject to the requirements displayed on the campaign page.
Hashrate Deduction Coupon usage rules: Taking the “50-3 Hashrate Fee Discount Coupon” as an example, it can be used in the KuMining hashrate marketplace. It is valid for a single hashrate fee purchase of 50 USDT or more, can deduct up to 3 USDT from the hashrate fee, and is valid for 7 days after being claimed.

VI. Additional Terms & Conditions

The platform prohibits users from obtaining coupons through fake registrations, malicious actions, or technical loopholes. Once discovered, the user’s campaign eligibility will be canceled and the rewards will be reclaimed.
In the event of system abnormalities, cyberattacks, or force majeure, the platform reserves the right to suspend or adjust the campaign. Relevant information shall be subject to official announcements.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, KuCoin reserves the final right of interpretation for this campaign.
