I. Campaign Period

From 19:00 on September 4, 2026 to 19:00 on November 30, 2026 (UTC+8)

II. Eligible Participants

1. This campaign is open to eligible KuMining Partners.
2. KuMining Partners must join the campaign through the campaign page to become eligible for the additional rewards offered under this campaign.
3. Only eligible KuMining hashrate fees generated after a partner successfully joins the campaign will be counted toward the additional 1% USDT commission.
4. Users who are not yet KuMining Partners may apply to join the KuMining Affiliate Program through the Affiliate Application page.

III. Campaign Rewards

1. KuMining Trial Coupon Pack

Eligible KuMining Partners who successfully join the campaign can claim a KuMining Trial Coupon Pack containing:

• BTC Mining Trial Coupon: 1 TH for 7 days
• ZEC Mining Trial Coupon: 2 KSol for 7 days
• DOGE+LTC Mining Trial Coupon: 1 GH for 2 days
• KAS Mining Trial Coupon: 1 TH for 3 days

Each trial coupon is valid for 15 days after receipt. Unused coupons will expire after the validity period and will not be reissued.

Actual mining output may vary depending on network conditions, mining difficulty, block rewards, and other relevant factors. Please refer to the applicable coupon details for the final mining rules.

2. Extra 1% USDT Commission

1. After successfully joining the campaign, eligible KuMining Partners can earn an additional 1% USDT commission based on the eligible KuMining hashrate fees generated by their directly invited users during the campaign.
2. The additional 1% commission is offered on top of the partner’s existing KuMining Affiliate Program commission. Existing commission rates and distribution rules remain unchanged.
3. The additional commission is calculated based on eligible KuMining hashrate fees only. Electricity fees and other non-eligible fees are excluded.
4. Extra commission rewards are settled by calendar month (UTC+8) and will be distributed in USDT within 7 business days after the end of each calendar month.

3. Valid Referral Relationship

1. A valid KuCoin referral relationship must be successfully established between the KuMining Partner and the invited user for the relevant purchases to qualify for commission rewards.
2. The invited user must register a KuCoin account through the partner’s referral link, referral code, or QR code.
3. Only eligible KuMining purchases made by directly invited users with a successfully established referral relationship will be counted toward commission rewards.
4. Purchases made by users without a successfully established referral relationship will not qualify for commission rewards.

4. Rewards for Invited Users

Eligible invited users may access a separate campaign page to claim KuMining Hashrate Deduction Coupons. Please refer to the invitee campaign page for eligibility, coupon details, validity periods, and applicable terms.

IV. Additional Terms & Conditions

1. Each eligible KuMining Partner may claim the campaign trial coupon rewards only once during the campaign period.
2. Any abnormal registration, self-referral, bulk account creation, abnormal transaction, fraudulent activity, malicious arbitrage, or other behavior that violates KuCoin or KuMining rules may result in disqualification and cancellation of pending rewards.
3. KuMining reserves the right to review, adjust, withhold, or cancel rewards in cases of suspected campaign abuse or rule violations.
4. KuMining reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign based on actual operational needs.
5. KuMining reserves the right of final interpretation of this campaign.
