I. Campaign Period

From 19:00 on September 4, 2026 to 19:00 on November 30, 2026 (UTC+8)

II. Eligibility

1. This campaign is available to eligible users invited by KuMining Partners.
2. A valid KuCoin referral relationship must be established between the inviter and invitee. The invitee must register a KuCoin account through the inviter’s referral link, referral code, or QR code.
3. Users who do not have a successfully established referral relationship with a KuMining Partner are not eligible for the coupon rewards under this campaign.

III. Coupon Rewards

Eligible invited users can claim a KuMining Hashrate Deduction Coupon Pack containing:

• 2 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon — valid on eligible purchases with at least 50 USDT in hashrate fees
• 3 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon — valid on eligible purchases with at least 80 USDT in hashrate fees
• 5 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon — valid on eligible purchases with at least 100 USDT in hashrate fees
• 10 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon — valid on eligible purchases with at least 200 USDT in hashrate fees

Each eligible user may claim the KuMining Hashrate Deduction Coupon Pack only once during the campaign.

IV. Coupon Usage

1. Coupons can only be used to deduct hashrate fees on eligible KuMining purchases.
2. Each coupon is valid for 7 days after it is claimed. Expired coupons will not be reissued.
3. Coupon eligibility and usage are subject to the applicable coupon terms displayed on the KuCoin platform.

V. Additional Terms & Conditions

1. Any abnormal registration, fraudulent activity, abuse of campaign rules, or other violations of KuCoin or KuMining rules may result in disqualification and cancellation of rewards.
2. KuMining reserves the right to review, withhold, or cancel rewards in cases of suspected abuse or rule violations.
3. KuMining reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign based on actual operational needs.
4. KuMining reserves the right of final interpretation of this campaign.
