I. Campaign Period

From 19:00 on August 25, 2026 to 19:00 on September 10, 2026 (UTC+8)

II. Eligibility

This campaign is open to registered KuCoin users only.

III. How to Participate

• During the campaign period, eligible users must register for the campaign before claiming any campaign rewards.
• After registration, users can complete the required tasks to earn corresponding rewards and lucky draw chances.
• Unless otherwise stated, purchase-related tasks in this campaign only count the actual KAS hashrate fees paid for KAS KuMining product purchases during the campaign period. Electricity fees and purchases of BTC, DOGE & LTC, or other KuMining products will not be counted toward KAS purchase tasks.

IV. Rewards

1. KAS Starter Coupon Pack
   During the campaign period, users who activate their mining account for the first time or make any KAS hashrate fee purchase can receive a 5 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon Pack.

The coupon pack includes:

• 20-2 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon

• 50-3 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon

Each user can claim this reward once. Limited supply, first come, first served.

2. First-time KuMining User Rewards
   First-time KuMining users refer to users who had never purchased any KuMining product before the campaign started.

During the campaign period, first-time KuMining users who purchase KAS KuMining products can earn the following rewards:

• Reach 20 USDT in cumulative KAS hashrate fees to earn 1 USDT;

• Complete 3 KAS KuMining product purchases, with each KAS hashrate fee reaching 10 USDT, to earn an extra 1 USDT.

Each reward can be claimed once per user, and the rewards can be earned together.

3. Milestone Rewards
   During the campaign period, users can earn corresponding rewards after reaching the required cumulative KAS hashrate fee amount.

Milestone rewards can be accumulated. Each milestone reward can be claimed once per user.

4. Single Purchase Bonus
   During the campaign period, users can earn extra Electricity Deduction Coupons when a single KAS hashrate fee purchase reaches the required amount.

Single Purchase Bonus rewards can be accumulated. If a user’s single KAS hashrate fee purchase reaches 200 USDT, the user can earn both the 100 USDT and 200 USDT tier rewards, receiving up to 11 USDT in Electricity Deduction Coupons. Each tier reward can be claimed once per user.

5. KAS Sprint Rewards
   During the campaign period, the first 3 users to reach 3,000 USDT in cumulative actual paid KAS hashrate fees will each receive 200 USDT.

KAS Sprint Rewards are limited to the first 3 eligible users and can be earned together with Milestone Rewards.

6. Invite Friends to Mine KAS
   During the campaign period, users who invite a valid referral to make their first KAS KuMining product purchase, with the invitee’s first actual paid KAS hashrate fee reaching 10 USDT, can earn:

• 1 USDT;

• 1% ongoing commission based on the invitee’s future eligible KuMining hashrate fee purchases.

The 1% ongoing commission is not limited to KAS KuMining products. It applies to the invitee’s future eligible KuMining hashrate fee purchases.

The invitee’s first KAS order must reach 10 USDT in a single purchase. Multiple orders cannot be combined.

The inviter and invitee must have a valid referral relationship recorded in KuCoin’s system. The invitee must have registered their KuCoin account through the inviter’s referral code, QR code, or referral link. If no valid referral relationship is established, the invitee’s KuMining purchases will not count toward the inviter’s referral rewards or lucky draw chances.

Only the first 5 valid referrals per day can count toward Daily Referral rewards. The order is based on the time when each invitee completes their first eligible KAS purchase. This limit refreshes daily.

7. Lucky Draw

Users can earn lucky draw chances by completing eligible purchase or referral tasks. The methods for earning lucky draw chances, prize details, winner selection, and reward distribution rules are subject to the “Lucky Draw Rules” section on the campaign page.

V. Reward Distribution and Coupon Rules

• Digital asset rewards will be distributed to users’ KuCoin accounts after the required tasks are completed.
• Hashrate Deduction Coupons and Electricity Deduction Coupons can be viewed and used under “My Coupons” or “KuCoin App - Coupon Center” after being claimed.
• Each order can use only one coupon during the campaign period. Coupons cannot be combined.
• Each type of coupon is available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis. The specific claiming and usage rules are subject to the campaign page.
• Hashrate Deduction Coupons can only be used to deduct hashrate fees for KuMining products. For example, a 100-5 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon can be used when a single hashrate fee purchase reaches 100 USDT and can deduct up to 5 USDT from the hashrate fee. The coupon is valid for 7 days after being claimed.
• Electricity Deduction Coupons can only be used to deduct the daily electricity fees generated by KuMining products. The deduction ratio is 8% of the actual daily electricity fee, and the maximum deduction amount is subject to the coupon face value. The coupon is valid for 15 days after being claimed.
• The platform reserves the right to determine the final distribution method of any reward, including but not limited to distributing an equivalent amount of USDT instead of physical or originally stated prizes.

VI. Additional Terms and Conditions

• Users are prohibited from obtaining rewards through fake registrations, malicious operations, technical loopholes, or any behavior that violates the purpose of this campaign or any applicable platform terms. Once detected, the platform reserves the right to disqualify the user and reclaim any rewards.
• The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign, including its rules and reward forms, at any time without prior notice.
• KuCoin reserves the final right to interpret the rules of this campaign.
