Only verified KuCoin Pay users from qualified countries/regions will be eligible to participate in the campaign;

KuCoin Pay’s Mobile Top-up service only allows users to top up to a prepaid mobile phone account;

A minimum payment of ≥ 8 USDT (or equivalent amount) is required to qualify for the discount, and the discount is capped at 3 USDT;

Discounts will be applied to eligible first 1,000 users on a first-come, first-served basis until all discounts have been claimed;
