Merchants can configure the validity period for QR codes, providing ample time for secure transaction completion.
4. Are there any fees when paying with KuCoin Pay?
KuCoin Pay does not charge any fees. Please note that some merchants may apply their own handling fees. Please check the merchant's Terms of Use before paying.
5. How do I get a refund for my purchase?
Refunds are handled directly by the merchant. Please contact them to request a refund. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your funding account in USDT, based on the original transaction value.
