I called my bank to ask why my overdraft fee was $35. The rep explained the policy. I said I overdrafted by $4. She said yes, the fee is $35 regardless of the amount. I said so the bank charged me $35 because i didn't have $4? She said that's correct. I said I need you to her how that sounds out loud. She said she understood my frustration. She did not waive me the fee.
