How to View and Unhide Assets in KuCoin Web3 Wallet

If an asset is not showing in your KuCoin Web3 Wallet, it may be hidden from your asset list. Hidden assets are only removed from display. They are not transferred or removed from your wallet address.

This guide explains how to view hidden assets and unhide them in KuCoin Web3 Wallet.

View Hidden Assets

1. Open the KuCoin App.

2. Tap Web3 to enter KuCoin Web3 Wallet.

3. Go to the Wallet page.

4. Tap the asset management icon.

5. Select Assets Hidden.

6. You can view the assets that are currently hidden from your wallet asset list or unhide any assets.

Why Is My Asset Hidden?

An asset may be hidden for one of the following reasons:

• You manually hid the asset before;

• The asset was filtered from the main asset list;

• The asset has a very small balance;

• The asset is not displayed by default;

• The asset may be considered a spam or suspicious token.

Hiding an asset only affects how it appears in your wallet. It does not affect your on-chain balance.

What If the Asset Is Still Not Showing?

If you have unhidden the asset but still cannot see it in your wallet, check the following:

1. Check whether you are viewing the correct wallet

Make sure you are checking the same wallet address that received the asset.

If you have multiple wallets in KuCoin Web3 Wallet, switch to the correct wallet and check again.

2. Check the transaction status on-chain

If the asset was transferred to your wallet, check whether the transaction was successful on the blockchain explorer.

You may need to check:

• Transaction hash;

• Receiving wallet address;

• Network;

• Token contract address;

• Transaction status.

If the transaction is still pending or failed, the asset may not appear in your wallet.

3. Add the token manually

If the asset is not shown by default, you may need to add it as a custom token.

Before adding a custom token, make sure the token contract address is correct. Do not copy contract addresses from unknown messages, comments, or suspicious websites.

4. Be careful with unknown tokens

Some unknown tokens may be spam or scam tokens. They may appear in your wallet without your action.

Do not visit links shown in unknown token names, descriptions, or transfer notes. Do not connect your wallet to unknown websites to “claim” or “unlock” these tokens.
