The on-chain tracking shows that the Rain Protocol deployer-associated address (0xa35e...b8bc) and the TOMI team multisig-associated address (0xa810...d5d1) transferred funds to the same address (0xbac1...4fb0) in October 2025. Additionally, the address receiving DOP multisig funds has also sent funds to this address. The report indicates that projects such as TOMI and DOP can be traced back to Israeli founder Moshe Hogeg, who was detained over suspected crypto fraud. Currently, the total value locked (TVL) of Rain Protocol on Arbitrum is $27.2 million, all in its native token, and its token price appears to be manipulated via a Uni V3 LP address associated with the deployer.
