The BB token serves multiple roles within the BounceBit ecosystem:

2. Transaction Fees and Smart Contracts: BB tokens are used to pay for transaction fees on the network. They are also used for executing smart contracts, making them crucial for developers and users engaging with dApps on the platform.
3. Governance: Holding BB tokens grants you the right to vote on important protocol decisions, including upgrades and changes within the BounceBit ecosystem. This allows you to have a say in the direction and development of the platform.

1. Staking Rewards and Delegation Program: The largest allocation, 35% of the total supply, is dedicated to staking rewards and delegation incentives.
2. Investors: 21% of the tokens are allocated to investors, with specific vesting schedules to ensure long-term alignment.
3. Team and Advisors: 10% of BB tokens allocated to the team and advisors have a lock-up period and vest over time to promote long-term commitment.
4. Binance Megadrop and Other Initiatives: Portions of the token supply are also allocated for initiatives like BounceClub and Ecosystem Reserve (14%), Binance Megadrop (8%), Testnet Incentives (4%), and Liquidity Provision (3%).
