KuCoin Will Support the Ticker Change of AI Rig Complex (ARCSOL) to ARC

The arrangements are as follows:

KuCoin Trading Bot will delist ARCSOL/USDT at 6:00 on July 30, 2026 (UTC), including Spot Grid, AI Spot Trend, Spot Martingale, Infinity Grid, DCA, Spot Grid AI Plus and Smart Rebalance. Users are advised to shut down the running Trading Bots before the time above. If the user fails to close the bot before the time above, the system will automatically shut down the relevant trading bot for the user.

The withdrawal and deposit services for ARCSOL will be closed at 8:00 on July 30, 2026 (UTC).

The trading service for ARCSOL/USDT trading pair will be suspended at 10:00 on July 30, 2026 (UTC). We recommend that you cancel your pending orders of ARCSOL as soon as possible.

From 9:00 to 10:00 on August 3, 2026 (UTC), the PRO&Classic WebSocket may experience temporary disconnections, data loss, or delays. Users may reconnect to the WebSocket to restore the connection.

To complete the change, we will convert the ARCSOL to ARC at a ratio of 1:1 (1 ARCSOL = 1 ARC). Related follow-ups to this subject will be announced separately as soon as possible.

After the migration is complete, please ensure you select ARC when depositing on-chain assets to KuCoin.
