II. Eligibility

This campaign is open to registered KuCoin users only

III. How to Participate

• During the campaign period, eligible users must register for the campaign before claiming any campaign rewards.
• After registration, users can complete the required tasks to earn corresponding rewards and lucky draw chances.
• Unless otherwise stated, only actual hashrate fees from KuMining purchases count toward purchase tasks; electricity fees are excluded.

IV. Rewards

1. 9th Anniversary Pack
   Activate your KuMining account for the first time or make any hashrate purchase to get a 5 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon Pack.

Includes:

• 20-2 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon

• 50-3 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon

Each user can claim this reward once. Limited supply, first come, first served.

2. First-time KuMining User Rewards
   First-time users are those who have not purchased any KuMining product before the campaign starts. Eligible first-time users can earn:

• Reach 20 USDT in cumulative hashrate fees to earn 1 USDT.

• Complete 3 KuMining purchases, each with a hashrate fee of 10 USDT or more, to earn an extra 1 USDT.

3. Combo Purchase Rewards
   Users who reach the required cumulative ZEC hashrate fee milestones and complete any BTC or DOGE & LTC hashrate purchase for each tier can earn the corresponding rewards. Rewards are cumulative.

4. Single Purchase Bonus
   Users can earn extra Electricity Deduction Coupons when a single hashrate fee purchase reaches the required amount. Rewards are cumulative by tier, with up to 11 USDT in coupons.

5. Sprint Rewards
   The first 3 eligible users to reach 3,000 USDT in cumulative actual paid hashrate fees will each receive 300 USDT.

6. Invite Friends to Mine

• Inviters can earn 1 USDT and 1% ongoing commission when a valid referral makes their first KuMining product purchase with an actual paid hashrate fee of 10 USDT or more in a single order. Multiple orders cannot be combined.

• A valid referral relationship must be recorded in KuCoin’s system via the inviter’s referral code, QR code, or referral link. Without a valid referral relationship, the invitee’s purchases will not count toward referral rewards or lucky draw chances.

7. Lucky Draw

Lucky draw chances, prize details, winner selection, and reward distribution are subject to the Lucky Draw Rules on the campaign page.

V. Reward Distribution and Coupon Rules

• Digital asset rewards will be distributed to users’ KuCoin accounts after the required tasks are completed.
• Hashrate Deduction Coupons and Electricity Deduction Coupons can be viewed and used under “My Coupons” or “KuCoin App - Coupon Center” after being claimed.
• Unless otherwise stated, each fixed task reward can be claimed once per user. Daily tasks, referral rewards, and lucky draw chances are subject to their respective rules.
• Each order can use only one coupon during the campaign period. Coupons cannot be combined.
• Each type of coupon is available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis. The specific claiming and usage rules are subject to the campaign page.
• Hashrate Deduction Coupons can only be used to deduct hashrate fees for KuMining products. For example, a 100-5 USDT Hashrate Deduction Coupon can be used when a single hashrate fee purchase reaches 100 USDT and can deduct up to 5 USDT from the hashrate fee. The coupon is valid for 7 days after being claimed.
• Electricity Deduction Coupons can only be used to deduct the daily electricity fees generated by KuMining products. The deduction ratio is 8% of the actual daily electricity fee, and the maximum deduction amount is subject to the coupon face value. The coupon is valid for 15 days after being claimed.

VI. Additional Terms and Conditions

• Users are prohibited from obtaining rewards through fake registrations, malicious operations, technical loopholes, or any behavior that violates the purpose of this campaign or any applicable platform terms. Once detected, the platform reserves the right to disqualify the user and reclaim any rewards.
• The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign, including its rules and reward forms, at any time without prior notice.
• KuCoin reserves the final right to interpret the rules of this campaign.
