The CLARITY Act passing committee is real. But don’t confuse regulation with freedom. This isn’t “Bitcoin wins and the system loses.” This is the system building the legal rails so banks, funds, exchanges, and Wall Street can safely play the game. Committee was the warm-up. The real fight is the Senate floor, 60 votes, amendments, and who controls the final rulebook. Bullish for infrastructure. Not freedom. Rules of engagement. 💯
