As per BitcoinWorld, satellite blockchain startup SpaceComputer has secured $10 million in seed funding co-led by Maven11 and Lattice, with participation from Arbitrum Foundation, Offchain Labs, and HashKey. The funding will support the development of computational hardware for satellites and the launch of blockchain-enabled satellites into orbit. The project aims to enhance decentralization, global coverage, and resilience against terrestrial disruptions by deploying blockchain nodes in space.
