As reported by Announcement, KuCoin has resolved regional network fluctuations caused by a temporary issue with an external service provider, which began at 16:49 (UTC+8) on December 5, 2025. The issue was fully resolved by 17:15 the same day, with all services now operating stably and the global network status restored to normal. The problem was limited to external network access, and user account and asset security were unaffected. KuCoin stated it will continue optimizing its infrastructure to improve platform stability.
