Odaily Planet Daily reports: Bitdeer has announced a management adjustment, with current CFO Jianchun Liu stepping down at the end of June and transitioning to an advisory role. The company has also appointed seasoned fintech executive Michael Potter as the new CFO.
Potter served as CFO at Corsair Gaming (2019–2025), leading its IPO and multiple capital markets transactions, and brings financial management experience from technology and semiconductor companies including Lattice Semiconductor and Honeywell.
In terms of market reaction, the company’s stock dropped about 3% in early trading but remained within its six-month high range. Analysts believe the CFO change could further strengthen its market narrative as an AI infrastructure company. (The Block)
