According to the project team, existing users have been seamlessly transitioned, and new users will now operate directly on the OpenHermit architecture. Simultaneously, AMIKO’s ecosystem development segment has officially entered its open phase. AMIKO is an identity and social infrastructure designed for the AI Agent era, built around four core pillars: identity, productivity, social interaction, and economics. It aims to empower users with AI-powered digital counterparts—AI Twins, Companions, Assistants, and Experts—that can act, communicate, and collaborate on their behalf. OpenHermit is AMIKO’s self-developed open-source Agent runtime, engineered for large-scale, production-grade Agent deployment, enabling stable hosting and cost-efficient continuous operation of vast numbers of Agents. During its private testing phase, OpenHermit has already garnered community discussion and code contributions from global developers. The source code repository is now publicly available on GitHub, and documentation along with quick-start guides can be accessed at openhermit.ai. Previously, AMIKO secured strategic investment from U.S.-based tech investment firm High Ridge Holdings and established a strategic equity partnership and comprehensive ecosystem collaboration with Feixiaohao.
