the ability to say no to things is a super power lately I’ve been practising it and to contrast the idea that you need to be rich to draw boundaries is incorrect all it needs from you is the belief that your plan has legs if you don’t have a plan for yourself, you’re walking on someone else’s path nothing wrong with it, but you’re giving away your freedom and the ultimate freedom is the freedom to say no to whatever you want, whenever you want
