the more i look into @sleepagotchi, the more i think the sleep part is only the beginning. most health apps focus on a single area and leave everything else disconnected. but sleep, nutrition, recovery, and daily habits all influence each other. that's what caught my attention here. instead of treating them as separate problems, the idea is to connect the dots and make the data actually useful. collecting data is easy. turning it into better decisions is the hard part. curious to see how this approach develops over time.
