We know many of you are eager to hear when KuCoin EU services will resume.

At this time, we'd like to thank you for your patience and provide a quick update on where things stand.

KuCoin EU remains MiCAR licensed

KuCoin EU is a MiCAR-authorised Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP), headquartered in Vienna, Austria. Our MiCAR licence has remained fully valid since it was granted in November of 2025.

Behind the scenes, we have been putting in the hard work on our compliance, governance and operational framework to ensure everything is ready before services resume. We know you're eager to get back on the platform, and we're committed to getting it right.

Further updates will be shared as we move through the final stages of readiness over the coming weeks.

What you need to know

For now, there's nothing you need to do.

Any assets held on the KuCoin EU platform remain available for withdrawal at any time.
