I. Campaign Period 

This is a long-term campaign. KuMining may update the campaign period, rules, rewards, or eligibility requirements based on actual business needs. Please refer to the campaign page for the latest information.

II. Eligible Participants

1. This campaign is open to eligible KuMining Partners only.
2. Users who are not yet KuMining Partners may apply to join the KuMining Affiliate Program via the Affiliate Application page.
3. Only users approved as KuMining Partners are eligible to earn commissions under this campaign.

III. Commission Rules

1. KuMining Partners can earn USDT commissions from eligible KuMining purchases made by their directly invited users.
2. All KuMining Partners will start from Lv.0 by default, with an initial commission rate of 1.00%.
3. Commission rates may be upgraded based on the partner’s 30-day KuMining hashrate fee volume.
4. The system evaluates commission rates daily based on the previous 30 days of KuMining hashrate fee volume. Partners who meet the upgrade criteria may have their commission rate automatically updated on T+1, taking effect immediately.
5. Commission rewards will be distributed in USDT to the partner’s KuCoin Main Account on T+1.
6. Commission rewards are only available when a valid invitation relationship is successfully established between the inviter and invitee. The invitee must register a KuCoin account through the inviter’s referral link, referral code, or QR code. Only eligible KuMining purchases made by successfully linked invitees will be counted toward commission rewards.

IV. Additional Terms & Conditions

1. Any abnormal registration, abnormal transaction, self-referral, bulk account creation, malicious activity, or violation of KuCoin or KuMining rules may result in disqualification from the campaign and cancellation of pending rewards.
2. KuMining reserves the right to review, adjust, withhold, or cancel rewards in cases of suspected abuse or rule violations.
3. KuMining reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.
4. KuMining reserves the right of final interpretation of this campaign.
