KuCard Rewards Points Program Is Now Live: Upgrade Your Rewards Experience

We are excited to announce the launch of the KuCard Rewards Points Program in Australia, a new and enhanced rewards experience designed to bring more value to your everyday spending.
Starting from July 16, 2026, the existing KuCard Cashback Program will be upgraded to the new KuCard Rewards Points Program. Going forward, eligible KuCard transactions will earn Rewards Points instead of Cashback.
What’s New with KuCard Rewards Points?
The KuCard Rewards Points Program transforms everyday spending into meaningful rewards through a flexible, crypto-powered loyalty ecosystem.
With the new program, users can:

Earn up to 8% Rewards Points on eligible KuCard purchases;

As a welcome reward, new users will earn an additional 1% Rewards Points on their first eligible KuCard transaction;

Redeem Points for supported cryptocurrencies, including USDC and USDT;
-
Enjoy additional redemption options and exclusive promotions in the future.
Your reward rate will be determined by a dual rewards mechanism based on:

KuCoin VIP Level
-
Monthly Spending Tier
The system will automatically apply whichever tier provides the higher reward rate, allowing users to unlock enhanced rewards through both account status and spending activity.
How to Earn Rewards Points
Eligible transactions, including:

Retail purchases (e.g., groceries, dining, and fuel);

Online shopping transactions;
will earn Rewards Points based on the following formula:
Points Earned = Spending Amount × Reward Rate × 1,000
Example:
A user spends 100 USDC with a 3% reward rate:
100 × 3% × 1,000 = 3,000 Rewards Points

Important Notice Regarding Existing Cashback Balance
As part of this upgrade, the previous KuCard Cashback Program will no longer generate new Cashback rewards after July 16, 2026.
However, any existing Cashback balance earned before the transition will remain available for redemption for 180 calendar days after the launch of the Rewards Points Program.
Users must redeem their remaining Cashback balance on or before January 12, 2027.
After this deadline, any unused Cashback balance will expire and can no longer be redeemed.
Please make sure to check your Cashback balance and complete any necessary redemption before the expiration date.
Rewards Points Availability and Expiry
To ensure reward accuracy and prevent invalid transactions, Rewards Points will only become available after the transaction has been completed and settled.
Points may not appear immediately and will be credited after the required verification period.
Once available, Rewards Points will remain valid for 90 days from the date they are credited.
