xAI Launches the Grok Build Plugin Marketplace with Integrated Security and Developer Tools

According to Beating Monitor, xAI has announced the launch of the Grok Build Plugin Marketplace, an integrated plugin marketplace for its terminal-based AI programming tool, Grok Build, enabling developers to browse, install, and update third-party tools directly within the terminal. Each plugin bundles together modules such as AI underlying skills, control protocols (MCP), and code completion tools (LSP), eliminating the hassle of fragmented configurations. Since the marketplace is natively embedded in the command-line interface, users can update and iterate plugins without leaving the terminal. Among the首批 plugins launched, the MongoDB plugin allows AI to directly query and optimize databases; the Vercel plugin enables cloud deployment and domain management from within the terminal; the Sentry plugin helps AI analyze error stacks to automatically fix bugs; and the Chrome DevTools plugin lets AI control browsers in real time and record performance traces.
