Visit www.kucoin.com/en-au, scroll down to the bottom, and select Submit a Ticket.   

App:
After logging in, tap on your profile. Then, navigate to the Support tab and select Submit a Ticket.

     

2. Accessing Online Chat

Web:
Visit www.kucoin.com/en-au,scroll to the bottom and select Help Center. From there, select Contact Us or Online Support.

App:
After logging in, tap on your profile. Then, navigate to the Support tab and select Online Support.

   

3. Verifying Official Media

Visit www.kucoin.com/en-au, scroll down to the bottom, then select Official Verification Center.

You can then confirm an official KuCoin contact or domain by entering the telephone number, email, WeChat, Telegram, Skype, Twitter, or website address in the search bar.
