Yes. If a user’s query is not in the knowledge base, the model will automatically perform external web searches. Users can also explicitly request “online search” for related content.
Can it remember our conversations? For how long?
You can set the memory duration in the lower-left settings; the range is 0–180 days.
How will my chat content be used by the platform? How is my privacy protected?
The content you enter here is primarily used to generate replies for you and to perform necessary automated safety checks. At the same time, we may, on a de-identified basis, use related information to train, optimize, and improve our AI models and related products and services. Any personal information you provide will be protected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unless it is necessary to resolve your issue, we recommend that you do not enter identifiable personal or sensitive confidential information.

1.What if the system shows “Network error, please try again later”?

Please first confirm that your network connection is normal, then initiate the query again on a new conversation page.

If multiple retries still fail, the service may be busy or experiencing a temporary fault. Please try again later; we will address the issue as soon as possible.
2.What if Kia’s answer is incorrect or irrelevant? You can click the “Dislike” button on the response and submit feedback; we will optimize this issue accordingly.
3.When are the usage counts for each mode reset? Can unused counts be accumulated? What happens when they are used up? Usage counts for each mode are counted per calendar day and cannot be accumulated. When counts are exhausted, they will automatically reset at the next counting period. If you need more usage quota, you can obtain additional counts by upgrading your VIP level.
4.What should I do if my access was suspended due to repeated violations? To ensure a safe experience for all users, the system performs necessary compliance and safety checks on query content. If a user’s queries repeatedly trigger violation determinations, the account will be temporarily suspended and will automatically restore after the restriction period ends. Please follow the usage guidelines when using Kia and avoid submitting violating or sensitive content.
