KuCoin EU Exchange GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “KCEU Exchange”) is committed to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
In line with the EU Whistleblowing Directive (2019/1937), the Austrian HinweisgeberInnenschutzgesetz (HSchG), and the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (EU 2023/1114 – MiCA), KCEU Exchange provides secure, confidential, and accessible channels to report actual or potential breaches committed by KCEU Exchange, any of its employees, or external parties acting on its behalf.
  

Report Directly to KCEU Exchange

If you wish to report a concern internally, you may do so through our Online form
Anonymous reports are accepted. All submissions are treated in strict confidence, and retaliation against whistleblowers is strictly prohibited.
Reports should cover any suspected violations of law, regulatory obligations, ethical misconduct, or internal policy breaches, including but not limited to:
  • Fraud, corruption, money laundering, market abuse, conflicts of interest, or non-compliance with MiCA requirements.
  

Report to the Regulator

If you prefer to report externally, or believe internal reporting is not appropriate, you may submit a report to the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) — the competent authority for financial market supervision and crypto-asset services in Austria.
  

Confidentiality & Data Protection

KCEU Exchange ensures that all reports are processed confidentially and in compliance with GDPR and the HSchG.
Personal data are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil legal and investigative obligations.
